I. Giveaways
Any competition or giveaway promoted by Mazden is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with TikTok Inc. or Instagram Inc. By entering, entrants confirm they are 18 years of age or older, identify as female, release TikTok Inc. and Instagram Inc. of responsibility, and agree to each platform’s Terms of Use.

Only the selected winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform where the giveaway was hosted, such as TikTok or Instagram, and may also be announced in the comments or caption of the original giveaway post on @mazdenofficial. Prize fulfillment is subject to availability and may differ from promotional images and information.

Mazden reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion, unless such substitution is prohibited by law. Prizes are non-transferable, and Mazden need not substitute a prize based on a winner’s request.

Giveaways may be conditional upon post performance. For example, the TikTok giveaway running April 5–19, 2025 will only be valid if the giveaway video reaches 7,000 likes by April 19, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

That giveaway includes one (1) winner who will receive $1,000 USD and one (1) ECRUE Wool Cotton Jacket and Pant in their choice of color and size.

1. Winner Verification
Mazden reserves the right to verify the identity, age, and gender of the selected winner prior to prize fulfillment. To confirm eligibility, the winner may be required to provide a valid government-issued ID and a verifiable social media profile. Any personal information submitted for verification will be handled securely and used solely for the purposes of confirming eligibility in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to verify eligibility or respond to Mazden’s message within 48 hours may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
