1. Return Eligibility
Most products purchased on our website are eligible for return, provided they are shipped back to Mazden within 14 days from the shipping date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
Products not eligible for return include:
- Gift cards
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
- Intimate garments
If you refuse delivery of your order from a shipping courier, you will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Process for Returns

- The reason for your return
We offer complimentary return shipping for all eligible returns. A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you once your return request is approved. Any returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation that a refund has been issued. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund has been issued. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do not see the refund applied within 10 business days of receiving confirmation, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
3. Exchanges
Currently, Mazden does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return according to this policy and place a new order for the desired product.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us at support@mazden.co within 7 days of delivery. We will assist with a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue. All claims for damaged or defective products must be reported within this period to be eligible for a resolution.
5. Damages and Lost Shipments
