We offer shipping options for:
- Ground (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days after order processing.
- Express (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after order processing.
- International Express: Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days after order processing.
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method, with rates displayed at checkout.
3. International Shipping Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We offer international shipping; however, it is important to acknowledge that Mazden bears no responsibility for customs duties applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Mazden currently does not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address to ensure successful delivery.

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, Mazden is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, or weather conditions. For significant delays, please contact our customer support team at support@mazden.co.
7. Damages and Lost Shipments
Mazden assumes no liability for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is lost or damaged by the carrier, please contact us at support@mazden.co to provide transaction details to support an insurance claim.
